Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to feel confident ordering from us. Every item is carefully sourced and inspected before it ships, and we stand behind the quality of what we deliver.
🧾 Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, before processing begins. After that, your order is locked in and sent into fulfillment.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This 14-day withdrawal period includes weekends and public holidays.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision before the 14-day period expires by contacting us at sarcasticrhinoveganapparel.com or by website live chat
Cancellations You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled. Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, please use the return process instead.
Return Shipping If you choose to withdraw from your purchase, you are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. We do not provide prepaid return labels for EU withdrawal returns.
Restocking Fee A restocking fee of 10% of the item's purchase price will be deducted from your refund to cover handling and processing costs. This fee is disclosed in advance in accordance with EU consumer law.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus the 10% restocking fee. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Condition of Returned Items Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached. We reserve the right to reduce your refund if the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to assess its nature and characteristics.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it or offer a refund.
To qualify:
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include clear photos of the issue and packaging
We will always make it right when it’s our mistake.
📏 Sizing & Fit Responsibility
We provide sizing details on every product page. It is the customer’s responsibility to review sizing before ordering.
We do not offer refunds for sizing issues.
However, in some cases, exchanges may be approved if the following conditions are met:
- The item is unworn, unused, and in original condition
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs to send the item back
- A standard shipping fee applies to send the replacement item
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the exchange.
🔁 Returns (Change of Mind)
Due to our made-to-order and limited stock model, we do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Buyer’s remorse
🌍 Shipping & Delivery
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or international processing times. Once an order leaves our warehouse, it is in the carrier’s control. When an order ships you will receive tracking and it is your responsibility to collect your order from post.
💳 Refund Approval
Approved refunds (if applicable) are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
